2025 TRACK PACKAGES – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We’re committed to offering exceptional value with our membership packages. To keep things fair and accessible for everyone, here are a few important rules to keep in mind. Thank you for playing by them!
No Refunds: All packages are non-refundable, regardless of your membership status. Once purchased, they’re yours to use!
No Cash or Credit Value: Packages hold no cash or credit value and must be used within the membership period. It’s a use-it-or-lose-it setup, so make the most of it!
Transfer Policy: Basic and Premium members may transfer their reserved dates to another paid member. To complete a transfer, we must receive your request at least 48 hours before the track day start time.
No Application to Existing Orders: Packages cannot be applied to any previously placed orders. Only new orders are eligible for package discounts and benefits.
Abuse Policy: We work hard to save you money, but if we suspect misuse or abuse of the package terms (for e.g. transferring excessive amount of days to other members), we reserve the right to refuse transfers or take any action necessary to protect the membership experience for everyone.
