▸ No Sipping, No Tripping: From 7:00AM to 6:00PM, the only thing you should be drinking is adrenaline, water and some hydration electrolytes. If you roll up with a flask, we’ll trade it for a juice box. No exceptions—unless you want to find out how fast you can get kicked off the track.
▸ Is That a Pill or a Power-Up? Got something in your pocket that’s not a tire pressure gauge? Hand it over to the staff for inspection. If it’s a prescription, cool. If it’s a magic mushroom or anything that rhymes with “illegal,” prepare for an involuntary pit stop… and get ready to go home
▸ Caught With Contraband? Here’s Your Prize: If we catch you sneaking a sip, a puff, or a nibble of something naughty, congratulations! You’ve just won an all-expenses-paid trip (funded by yourself) off our track, a minimum six-month vacation from our events, and a permanent spot on our Wall of Shame. For illegal stuff, we’ll upgrade your prize to a lifetime ban. You’re welcome.
▸ Don’t Be the Drama Llama: If your behavior is more dramatic than a soap opera and it’s messing with our high-speed fun, we’ll send you packing faster than you can say, “But I was just expressing myself!”
▸ No Refunds for Shenanigans: If you get the boot, your money stays with us. Think of it as a donation to our “Keep the Crazies Off the Track” fund. Your contribution will be greatly appreciated—by everyone else who’s here to actually ride
▸ GoPros, Insta 360s, any camera, lap timers etc.: they’re all welcome, but here’s the deal: nothing gets strapped to your helmet, chest, or any part of your beautiful body. You’re a rider, not a Christmas tree. Keep the gadgets on the bike where they belong. And no wild Insta-sticks poking out like you’re jousting with invisible enemies. Let’s keep it fast, safe, and stylish!
▸ TRACK MANAGEMENT IS THE BOSS: If the venue has its own set of rules, those take top billing over our Precision Track Day policies. So, if the track says jump, we ask, “How high?” Always check the venue’s guidelines before packing up your gear—and your attitude.
PET POLICIES
▸ Furry Friends on a Leash (Or Not at All): We know you love bringing your four-legged buddy to watch you race, but before you load up the car, check with the venue about their pet policy. If pets are allowed, the following rules are non-negotiable:
- Pets must be on a leash at all times (yes, even during that midnight stroll).
- Owners are required to clean up after their pets (no one likes surprises in the paddock).
- Violate these rules or the venue’s, and you’ll both be shown the exit—no refunds, just a one-way trip home.
KIDS AND CHAOS CONTROL
▸ Helmets on Those Tiny Heads: Kids are welcome at Precision Track Day, but they need to gear up like the pros! That means helmets at all times—no exceptions. If your little racer thinks their hair is too cool for a helmet, we’ll kindly remind them (and you) that safety trumps style every time.
▸ No Free-Range Kids: We love the energy of kids, but this isn’t a playground—it’s a track! No running around unsupervised, unless you want to be the one doing laps… around the parking lot. Parents, keep an eye on your mini speedsters or we might hand them a flag and put them to work as track marshals!
TRACK GATE FEES
▸ Gate Fees: Most tracks charge a daily gate fee, so don’t be surprised when you’re asked to cough up $10.00 – $20.00 per day, per person. And, oh yeah, some tracks are strictly cash-only, so bring those bills. To avoid any awkward moments at the gate, feel free to confirm the price beforehand or check out the track detail pages, read our emails or facebook posts—so no excuses for showing up unprepared!
No Sales Pitches, Please: Think you can turn our track day into your personal pop-up shop? Think again! Precision Track Day is a no-solicitation zone—unless you’ve sweet-talked our management into giving you the green light. Want to sell something? Contact us first, or be prepared for a swift rejection and ejection!
▸ Rain or Shine, You’re on the Dime: At Precision Track Day, we race no matter what—whether it’s sunny skies or a monsoon. The only time we’ll hit the brakes is if the track itself shuts us down. Otherwise, bring your waterproof gear and get ready to ride!
▸ Track Facility Weather Watch: If the track facility decides the weather’s too wild for even the bravest riders, they might call a rain day. If that happens, we’ll hand out rain vouchers like candy—but you’ve got to be there in person to snag one. No showing up means no voucher. Sorry, not sorry.
▸ Rain Vouchers: Use ‘Em or Lose ‘Em: Got a rain voucher? Awesome! But don’t get too attached. These babies are non-transferable and have a six-month expiration date. So use it before it turns into a collector’s item—one that’s completely worthless!
▸ Be There or Be Nowhere: Every day kicks off with a riders’ meeting that’s more important than your morning coffee. Miss it, and you can kiss your track time goodbye—no refunds, no credits, no excuses. Seriously, you must attend to ride. It’s not just a suggestion; it’s a survival guide.
▸ Safety First, Fun Later: The daily rider meeting isn’t just a chat—it’s your roadmap to staying safe while zooming around the track. Skip it, and you’ll be sidelined faster than you can say, “But I thought it started later!” If you care about your track day, set your alarm and show up on time.
▸ Punctuality is Key: If your track day is the highlight of your life, treat it that way. Arrive on time, get the scoop at the meeting, and then tear up the track. Start planning your epic day the right way!
Individual venues may have rules that differ from our rules; venue rules always supersede our policy. It is recommended that you verify age policies with the track prior to registration.
For most tracks, you need to be a minimum of 12 years old to participate in the track day and BOTH of your parents must be present to sign with their IDs
We operate with a no-cash-back refund policy.
There are no refunds for any product i.e. school or track day deposits, trackdays, weekends, packages, season passes, memberships, 1 on 1 coaching and/or any rental items (Go Pro, Lap timers etc.).
