TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Thank you so much for purchasing either the 5, 10, or 20 credits “any day, any track” package
 
Please use the unique link or code that will be emailed to you to register for any individual days of your choice from our schedule in 2026
 
Please Note:
  • IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO REGISTER FOR THE EVENT! IF THE EVENT IS SOLD OUT, YOU ARE NOT GUARANTEED A SPOT!
  • You will always use your unique link to register for your individual days – you can register at any time but earlier is better to avoid missing out in case of an event selling out
  • You can register for multiple days/events at the same time
  • A SINGLE DAY AT COTA WILL USE “2 CREDITS”
  • Memberships are not included in any of the packages, however “package days” use does count towards the free membership renewal requirement
Redemption Instructions:
  • Find the email, click on the link or use the voucher code
  • Review our schedule
  • Click Book Now from the event of interest
  • Choose the appropriate single day
  • And checkout through the way you normally would
Skill Level Guidance
  • If you are going to be riding in Alpha group (A), we need an expert race license, please email that to us
  • If you are going to be riding in Bravo group (B), we need either a novice race license or a screenshot from any other org showing your riding skill group to be Intermediate or above alongside your name
  • Once we receive the above information, we will update the riding skill group on your profile
  • If you are riding Charlie (C) or Delta (D) group, no prior notification is needed.

Policies
  • This is a non-refundable and non-transferable product – no exceptions!
  • This is a use it or lose it package – You have until the end of 2026 to use all of your credits. You cannot use these credits for any 2025 or 2027 dates
  • IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO REGISTER FOR THE EVENT! IF THE EVENT IS SOLD OUT, YOU ARE NOT GUARANTEED A SPOT!
  • We are not responsible for any misuse of the unique link or code provided to you 
  • You cannot transfer or sell any of these dates to a friend or an individual
  • Once you have made your day selections, any changes or cancellations are not allowed
  • You cannot use any of your days to register anyone else. Your unique link/voucher code is for you only. Please do not share this code or link with a friend, if anyone besides you tries to register using this link, their order will be cancelled and your privileges will be revoked – no exceptions
